Our Pleasant Grove location is looking for a dedicated, hard working and fun person to fill a manager position. This is a part-time position with lots of responsibilities. A shift manager must be able to perform the following responsibilities:

-Work unsupervised in the mornings.

-Supervise employees and ensure that everyone meets and fulfills all shift responsibilities.

-Handle cash register, end-of-day deposits and other bank runs as needed.

-Run errands including purchasing merchandise and concessions as needed.

-Have great customer service skills and handle difficult customers while upholding company policies and procedures.

-Work well with others. Kangaroo Zoo has a great work atmosphere with high-energy, hard-working employees.

-Answer customer questions in person or over the phone regarding hours, pricing, birthday party packages, charitable donations, pizza orders, party confirmations/follow ups, etc.

-Handle maintenance of facility and inflatables as needed.

-File daily/monthly documents correctly and in an organized manner.

-Be willing to receive constructive criticism and feedback from leadership.

-Have a positive, happy attitude and be able to have fun while maintaining valuable work ethics.

This position is great for college students looking for part-time employment. We are more specifically looking for somebody that could work most mornings and possibly every other weekend (morning or evening. Scheduling is pretty flexible). We will be doing interviewing towards the end of March and would prefer to start training during spring break (Apr.1-6).

President’s Day Hours/Pricing

All three Kangaroo Zoo locations will be open regular hours on Monday, February 18 (President’s Day). 10 am- 8 pm.

Pricing will be our holiday pricing. Ages 3 and older- $8.99. Ages 2 and under- $5.00.
